Prize details:

A holiday for 2, the prize includes:
- 2 return British Airways World Traveller flights from London Heathrow to Miami, Florida, USA.
- 7 nights stay at a hotel, name to be confirmed, for 2 people on a bed and breakfast basis.

Prize Terms and Conditions:

The prize must be taken by 31st March 2009.
The prize is for two people.

All members of the party must hold a valid passport.
Excludes travel during summer half-term and bank holidays.

A meal for 2 at Gordon Ramsay Plane Food up to the value of £100 total for two people.

A selected treatment each for two people in the Elemis spa in Terminal 5 departures and additionally an Elemis goody bag per person.

Additional Terms and Conditions:
1. This competition is only open to Eligible Participants. An Eligible Participant is a person resident in the UK or Republic of Ireland aged 18 years or over who is not an employee, agent or director of British Airways Plc (“BA”) or its subcontractors or travel agents, and Global Radio. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Participants. By taking part in this promotion, Eligible Participants confirm that they accept the terms and conditions set out below.
2. The Promoter is Global Radio UK Ltd (6251684).
3. To qualify for the competition, the Eligible Participant must take part in the T5 Upgrade on air Promotion. Entry is via telephone call to Heart 106.2. The competition will take place on 8th August in the Heart Breakfast show.
4. No purchase is necessary.
5. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes. The promoters are in no way liable for the reproduction or indirect access via third party web site or home page access which reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with the promotion.
6. The competition will take place at Global Radio UK Ltd (6251684), Global Radio Holdings Ltd. (4077052) Registered Office, 13 Bramley Road, London. W10 6SP.
7. If the prize remains unclaimed or denied twenty-one days after confirmation, the prize will be cancelled.
8. The prize consists of two return British Airways World Traveller (economy) flights from London Heathrow to Miami, seven nights accommodation for two adults travelling together at a 4* hotel tbc.
9. Prize flights are on mainline scheduled services operated by BA with a BA prefix number. Travel on BA franchise, code share and alliance airlines is not allowed. Prize flights include taxes, fees and charges. Domestic connections and other add-ons are not included in the prize. Any additional travel costs must be organised and funded by the prizewinner. The prizewinner and their travelling family members must travel both the outbound and inbound journeys together.
10. The prize must be booked by 31st August 2008 by sending the completed booking form provided on winning the prize to gayna.fitzgerald@ba.com. All travel and accommodation is subject to availability and capacity control. Prize must be booked at least 30 days prior to departure date by following the instructions provided in the notification. Failure to book within these parameters will automatically disqualify the winner.
11. The prize must be completed by 31st March 2009, excludes summer half-term, bank holidays and peak travel. Subject to availability.
12. Confirmation of the prize will be sent to the winners at least 7 days prior to the departure dates requested.
13. Where available, all prize flight tickets will be issued as e-tickets, and vouchers will be supplied via e-mail.
14. Flights will be inventory controlled and prize flights will be subject to availability and capacity control, therefore access during school holidays and major sporting and cultural events will be restricted. BA reserves the right to limit the number of prize travel seats made available on any flight, and it is possible that seats allocated to the prizewinner fare (x) class on a particular flight may be fully booked even though seats are still available for sale at a different fare or booking class in the same cabin. BA does not accept any responsibility in the event that the prizewinner is unable to book their preferred flight(s).
15. Prize flights are non changeable, non transferable, non refundable (except if British Airways Holidays cancels your holiday). Once booked, no changes can be made to tickets. No cash or credit alternative prizes are offered. No upgrades are allowed. The Promoters reserve the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control. 16. Insurance, spending money, locally paid departure taxes of facilities described in the brochure as 'at a charge' are not included. The holiday cannot be taken in conjunction with any other British Airways Holidays special offers. Full details of the hotel are available on www.baholidays.com. 17. All third party terms and conditions relating to the prize apply.
18. The prizewinner and their travelling family members are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas. BA recommends that all passengers consider travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
19. Tickets for prize travel are valid for the prizewinner accompanied by three family members. These Terms and Conditions apply to the winner and the three family members and references to the prizewinner include (where the context permits) the family members.
20. All travel on BA flights is subject to BA’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage (see ba.com) and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary.
21. Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any BA Miles programme, any other discount, discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s) by BA or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards, or certificates.
22. BA reserves the right to provide substitute prizes of similar value should the specified prizes become unavailable for reasons beyond its control.
23. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion and any tickets issued in the event of major catastrophe, war, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond the promoter’s control.
24. Promotional materials form part of these Terms and Conditions. This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the jurisdiction of the English Courts.
25. Global Radio is responsible for publishing details of the promotion accurately and administering all aspects of the promotions. British Airways Plc is only responsible for providing and booking the flight and hotel prizes (including matters relating to travel).
