Who's in it? Sigourney Weaver, Fred Willard, John Ratzenberger, Kathy Najimy
What's it about? Waste collecting robot Wall*E slowly begins to develop feelings and inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will decide the fate of mankind.
What type of film is it? Animated
Is it any good? For pretty much the first 45 minutes of this movie there is little or no dialogue as Wall*E and Eve don’t really “talk”. However, this does not in any way detract from the film or make it hard to watch, in fact, the less said on screen the better. It’s all about him developing emotions and us getting to know him. The fact the creators of the movie can do that without it being dull is amazing, but they pull it off with huge success. The rest of the film is a fast paced rollercoaster of action and adventure in the tradition Pixar way that will have you on the edge of your seat and punching the air with excitement. Outstanding, emotional and utterly adorable.
