Sienna Snogger Leaves His Wife

The guy seen kissing a topless Sienna Miller recently has announced that he has split from his wife.

Balthazar Getty – best known for roles in films including Young Guns II, Lord Of The Flies and the TV show Brothers & Sisters – has four children with Rosetta Getty who he married in May 2000.

The pictures were taken on a boat off the Amalfi coast.

In a statement the 33-year-old said: "The breakdown of a marriage is a very difficult and painful experience especially when children are involved."

"In light of the fact that many pictures have surfaced in print and on the Internet which has caused myself and my family great embarrassment, I felt it necessary to at least acknowledge publicly that yes indeed my wife and I have separated and I will not be commenting any further."
