Is it any good? As a massive fan of Sex and The City I can honestly say I’ve watched every episode a hundred times and could tell you what season the episode was from based purely on the ladies outfits. So as you can imagine I couldn’t wait to see the movie. But did it live up to the hype? For me, I’m afraid not. The fashion was amazing and it was great to see the ladies back in fine form, but I don’t think it transferred to the big screen well. It lacked the grit and humour that the series had and seemed like they were trying to cram in a whole series worth of storylines into two hours... but despite that it’s the perfect film for a girlie night out.
