What's it about? Set in one of those hot summers of the early 80s, two unlikely friends set out to make their own version of the action movie, First Blood.
What type of film is it? Comedy Drama
Is it any good? This is a film that most people will either love or not really get. It’s a great idea, there’s a very realistic script and it’s clear that a lot of care and detail has gone into reflecting the era with 100 per cent accuracy right down to the supermarket shelves all having cereals etc with the right packaging for the time. However, while other critics were howling with laughter I was just tittering. Enjoyable and relatable but very much down to your personal taste.
