Why Britney Lost Boys

It turns out Britney Spears temporarily lost custody of her sons because she was accused of not taking a random drug and alcohol test.

According to US magazine People, the mum’s lawyer also she couldn't provide a California driver's license.

On Monday a judge ordered that, from Wednesday, Kevin Federline gets physical custody of two-year-old Sean Preston and Jayden James, who is one-year-old, until further notice.

People reports that 25-year-old Britney has been charged with “misdemeanor driving without a valid license and hit-and-run following a fender-bender in a car park on August 6.”

Another hearing is set for Wednesday – so there is a chance that she could get the boys back.
